Ask Me Your Questions in a LIVE Webinar

by DemianDressler · 8 comments

So many people write and ask me specific questions about their dog everyday.  There are just too many questions and unfortunately,  I simply can not answer them all on this blog.   It would take too long.

In addition, over the last several months, lots of people have asked if they could do a one-on-one phone consultation with me.  That also is not practical based on the demands of my ongoing dog cancer research and also my regular veterinary practice.

But finally there is a solution that may help you:

Join me for a LIVE monthly webinar/teleconference where you can ask specific questions about your dog’s health.

The first call is Sunday, March 15, 2009.  Additional calls will be scheduled every month.  The calls will be recorded and you will be able to listen to replays of the calls immediately after they are over.  (You will also be able to download them to your computer or iPod.)

If you would like to join me for the first call, please click this link to register.

I look forward to hearing from you and discussing your specific dog’s treatment on the next call.

I see Wysong has a cancer diet, it’s called Neomentin. The ingredients list most of the foods Dr.Dressler suggests feeding, and it seems to be much more loaded with good stuff than the cancer diet by Hills. Dr. Dressler, can you please give me your opinion on this diet????????? Thanking you in advance.

I have seen no papers comparing the effectiveness of ND versus the Wysong product. Can’t say which works better, sorry. I wonder if the Neomentin has as much omega 3 fatty acid as ND though, as I could not access the exact breakdown of this item online…it seems like a good product from my brief review however.

Dr. Dressler,

My 12 1/2 year old Fox Terrier was found via x-ray to have a tumor the size of a walnut on one of her lobes of her right lung. This was found the first part of January this year. I am told because of it’s location that it cannot be biopsied to determine if it is cancer or not. I’m told the only option is surgery. I am reluctant to put her (Marley) through the surgery. She coughs/gags maybe once or twice a day but otherwise seems in very good health. She does suffer from incontinence while sleeping and I am giving her medicine for that twice a day. I have been giving her a holistice tea called cellular tea and something called cell food. Also feeding her high protein dog food mixed with freask cooked chicken and homemade chicken broth. I add spirolina to her diet as well. Any thoughts about what I’m doing and do you reccomend the surgery? I look forward to hearing from you.

I just found out that my 12 year old golden has liposarcoma. The vet said he cannot operate because it is on his side and he most likely cannot get it all or get enough muscle tissue to sew it up after it is done. Is there any diet, to slow it down and where do I get this type of food or vitimans?
Please Help & Thank you

I’m trying to register for the next webinar (in February, 2010). I can’t seem to find the link to do that. The link above is not working.

Thanks so much.

Dear Deborah,
The tech staff has fixed the bug and it should be good to go! Thank you very much for letting me know.
Best
